Our client investigates ev ery project with a fresh perspective to optimise the brief, the budget, buildability and durability, while producing a unique and aesthetically desirable outcome for the client and community. Their structured approach ensures that the project is subject to planned and progressive definition, with client input and approval at each stage so that the completed building reflects the original vision. Their architectural services include project feasibility studies, architectural design, master planning and interior design and fit out for both modern and historic buildings.

Currently we have a position for an experienced CAD Draftsperson to join the team initially on a contract basis. They are seeking a senior person, someone who can lead the documentation team by example, with the capability to plan the documentation process and resolve and produce the correct level of documentation required for each project. The role will require hands on documentation so a high level of competency using AutoCAD and/or Revit is required (preference for Revit).

In addition to leading the team you will be required to co-ordinate various consultants. You must have a sound understanding of the current construction practices with a strong eye for construction detailing.

Whilst a preference for Revit experience would be ideal the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the successful comprehensive documentation processes for institutional / government related projects.
