National Sales Manager

A position of National Sales Manager is available to lead our Sales team to continue growth of our business and expand our profile in Australia and New Zealand. 
Your primary function and responsibilities will be to:
·         Organise the national sales related functions in order to best service customers while expanding market share and to supervise, organise and train sales representatives.
·         Effectively and hands on manage the performance of the sales staff, including; coaching to improve sales technique and motivating to achieve sales results.
·         Ability to analyse sales results, determine sales strategies and plan and implement sales activities to ensure targets are met and to convert new opportunities to sales.
·         Work in the field with representatives on a regular basis in order to improve direct sales call efforts
·         Assistance in organising of territories and regions for the most efficient coverage to converse time and expense.
·         Obtain required reports on time from sales representatives. Peruse evaluation reports and comments for market information and to help improve representative’s efforts.
·         Supervise field training program of new sales representatives.
·         Make direct sales calls on accounts in your territory.
·         Attend or direct sales representatives to regional orthodontic meetings, courses or any function valuable to the promotion of TP products and services.
·         Interview and hire sales representatives.
·         Assume additional duties as may be assigned by General Manager.
·         Lead and conduct regular sales meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the orthodontic, dental or medical fields. Tertiary Qualification will be looked upon favourably.
