Are you looking to begin your legal career with a supportive and encouraging firm who invests in its people?
Our client is a multi-disciplinary, award-winning national law firm with a primary focus on servicing the legal needs of middle and larger sized Australian companies and Australian subsidiaries of global companies. They require the assistance of TWO energetic and motivated individuals to ensure the smooth running of the office in the role of an Office Services Clerk.
You must be personable, committed to working as part of a team and have a high level of enthusiasm to succeed in this role. You must also possess the following skills:
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Flexible and adaptable with good personal presentation.
- Your customer service skills will be exceptional and you will be proficient in the use of IT.
In this role there is a myriad of duties including reception, faxes, mail, relief secretary and attending to couriers and deliveries. Training for all these functions will be provided.
You are required to have some office and reception experience. ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN LEGAL OR ADMIN IS ESSENTIAL!
