Senior Environmental Consultant
Our client offers environmental, sustainable engineering and workplace health and safety services. They are committed to using their specialist knowledge to help improve working and living places globally.
Reporting to the Environmental Manager, The Senior Consultant will fulfil the role of technical specialist, project manager and will take the responsibility for the relevant technical and managerial aspects of all projects. You will show a high level of initiative and be capable of taking management responsibility for large Projects.
You will be responsible for monitoring all operational compliance within statutory requirements and company policy. You will be expected to establish and maintain client relationships. Document preparation including report, correspondence and proposals. Manage field work and coordinate junior Staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a private or government consulting capacity with a focus on managing and assessing environmental impact issues. You will show significant experience in project management, preferably within Engineering or infrastructure projects. You will show strong leadership skills and have the relevant tertiary qualifications in a related science or engineering field.
