Located conveniently within a short commute to most corners of Melbourne our client is a proud land development consultancy that has provided civil engineering, planning, urban design and environmental services to an enviable list of clients for well over 40 years.

A maintained level of work and a desire to build on their already impressive stocks of professionals they now seek a civil engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will join the land development and infrastructure team and be responsible for a varied list of duties that will gravitate around design and project management. You will be responsible for the preparation of design plans, attending to progress claims, organising tender submissions, contract supervision and administration, liaison with clients and general project management responsibilities.

Typically works will involve the construction of urban development projects (broad acre and industrial), roads, drainage (including WSUD), sewage and water supply and earthworks.

Having worked in a similar role in the private or public sector (5 years would be ideal) you will preferably have had prior experience and exposure to design software such as 12D, MX and Microstation although you will be given some guidance and training if required.
