Our client is a well established retail business of some 28 stores nationally, well known for it's quality accessories. We are now seeking to appoint a number of managers to further enhance the brand and build the sales teams at the Fountain Gate and Southland stores.
If you are an ex perienced retailer with a strong customer service focus and the ability to manage large teams of staff then this outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia's leading retail groups may be for you.
Key responsibilities
Management of store operations, incl daily banking .
Management of all staff
Mentoring employees to achieve sales targets
Meet Sales Store KPIs
Maintain store & visual merchandising standards
Manage and minimize controllable costs to maximize in store profitability
Staff Recruitment - conduct Interviews
Handle customer complaints
Provide quality customer service
Monitoring all stock levels
Assist in establishing the store's strategic direction and annual plans and budgets
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills and excellent key stakeholder management tools.
