Senior Client Services Support Consultant

An excellent opportunity to join a global company which specialises in the development of wealth management systems for all types of financial market systems including trading and portfolio systems.

The role of the Senior Client Services Support Consultant is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients for all support issues requiring to be resolved or escalated to the appropriate area internally. The calls can be regarding technical or functional queries relating to the particular application being used at the time. Ideally you will have a background in as a paraplanner or as a Financial Planning Assistant within a financial planning practice with strong understanding of the Securities and Investment industry.

To be considered you must have some experience in either finance applications or as a Paraplanner and to have completed a Diploma of Financial Planning together with knowledge of Xplan. A high level of computer literacy with experience in desktop financial software highly regarded.
