Conveniently located down St Kilda Road, this highly regarded organisation within the finance industry is looking to appoint a very highly organised, savvy and professional, Executive Assistant to support two Senior Managers and look after the day to day runnings of this busy office.

This role would be suited to someone who can demonstrate high level experience within the industry and who has an ability to work autonomously. You will be required to prepare reports, meetings, organise travel & conduct additional support activities in this professional environment.

A particular strength in Microsoft Office will be required as you will be the liaising with and preparing reports and documentation for senior level personnel. The culture is very friendly, supportive and fast-paced.

The abilities required for this role are:
*Proven, solid experience at a senior level

*Event Management
*An understanding of financial markets
